I know what two and three are, and I'm fairly certain the link has to do with sampling. Hint? Or more of the covers?

I know number 3 was pretty revolutionary when it was released, but don't know 1 and can't place 2. I'm sure that in some way it's sampling or found sounds.

All three were indeed milestones in sampling, although №1 was involuntarily so, in a non-technical sense.

A bit hazy on the exact link, but:

1) Biz Markie - I Need a Haircut. First(?) album brought to court over unauthorised use of samples.
2) D.J. Shadow - Endtroducing. First(?) album to be constructed (almost) completely from samples.
3) Byrne & Eno - My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. First album to feature significant use of samples?
