We've slowed back down to a crawl, but in reality we only need 35 to the next level. But we need to get some action going. It seems we have the same few people posting. Now come on, it's not like our posts are intellectually intimidating!

I will say this for all edrummers, the new hihat scripts that will be included with this GB are very good. Other new script features like Midi learn put this package in same discussion with bigger and much more expensive drum libraries. Anyone who was gun shy because they weren't crazy about DM1 should not be as version 2 of DM is a whole new ball game.

Thanks for the answers to my questions on the previous page, Rev. and chroma. More opinions are welcome on how best to determine which bundle (this GB or the last) I should go for.

I do of course realize that I need to get the infinite player...but I plan to use some epointz to offset the cost a little bit. If anyone wants to add to my epointz total, my referral name is below. It might help me make my decision more quickly.

As a side note, I bumped the Cakewalk thread with a little more info and an update.

I'd love to join in, but I'm saving my money for the Neil Peart drum kit!

But I love the stuff in the first DM group buy!

Thanks, Rev. Yes, there are some pretty unique kits in this new GB collection esp. that Bonzo Hand Kit!

We need some more drumming excitement on this thread. How about some video of the featured drummers in action?

If those don't get you in a drum buying spirit, I don't know what will work!

Q: Are the raw samples the DRY mikes only without added room ambience mikes?

Dry is my preference -- I realize these come with Convolution Reverb Impulses for processing.
