I'd never seen WusikStation v7, looks great, and I'd never heard the term 'skeumorphic' but that's what I meant by 8000's 'depth'. Yes, the flat look of 8008 and One was disappointing for me.

ToDo lists... old school pencil and paper here.WilliamK wrote: Fri Nov 16, 2018 11:11 am Oh, ok, I will think on something for Wusik 8008 and Wusik One skins.
Anyone knows a site that helps create ToDo lists that is nice for us all to use?
Yesterday I decided to get a new SSD HD for my old computer, the one I use, so I will install Windows 10 fresh instead of cloning it. I may take 2 days for that, but at least it will perform faster for compilations and other things.Just so you know what I'm doing...
Cheers, WilliamK
SSD for OS and programs....fast, fast, fast.
Another internal SSD for samples...fast, fast, fast.
Another HD for general documents/photos whatever...all you need.

Here we go, finally a new file.
WIN_Wusik_EVE_V5_Engine.zip
I fixed the problem with multi-preset on VST3. Please, could you guys test it out? I will work on the OSX version now as it is very due, them I will make a list of all the things missing to do.
Cheers, WilliamK

Not about the multis, but the GUI problem still here with vsti3 in Reaper.
Even at very high resolutions, the whole GUI is not visible, right end cut off before the 4th fader.
VSTi2 also presents the partial screen but has horizontal and vertical scroll bars to shift to the hidden parts of the GUI as one would expect. These scroll bars are missing in vsti3.
Will test on different systems if no one else is experiencing this.

Weird, here both versions don't show that. Is that the latest version of Reaper? I'm using the latest. Also, can't you resize the window somehow? Thanks!

Looks like I got to test this on different systems then. Using Reaper 5.961.
Window resize only allows a slight pull to the right. Setting higher resolutions to the screen allows my system to max out the GUI to cutting off at the 4th slider, but no way to drag the edges of the window any further, even if there is plenty of room. Scroll bars absent.
Probably something I'm doing wrong (again). Will retest on another computer.

Finally, the OSX version is there too. I made the new installer and seems to be working (tested on my virtual machine).
MAC_Wusik_EVE_V5_installer.dmg
I will work now on the sounds installer. For now just create a folder under Wusik Engine Data called Shared and put the SoundSets folder and files there. The rest should work, but it doen't have the VSTs and Custom Effects/Filters in the Shared folder just yet. Just copy from the previous version those. But around Monday I will have the other installer ready that will have all sounds and the rest of the data files. And a smaller no-sounds version too.

I used the new installation file, but it didn't replace the old VST3, so, when I loaded it in REAPER, I got the same error. I will try to delete it manually, and install again, but I think you should check the installer if it replaces older files, as it should.

I manually deleted the VST3 plug-ins, as I told you, and now the correct ones were installed. Tried the Muylti and all is fine nowWilliamK wrote: Sat Nov 17, 2018 11:08 pm It should, but maybe there's a bug somewhere.try selecting the replace files option?
I then checked the VST2 files, and those are even older (dated 07/11/2018). So, definitely, the installer isn't replacing files as it should. I will try to run it again with the replacing files option ticked, but I think that shouldn't be necessary.

Tried with the Replace Files option, and now the files were replaced as they should. So, there's definitely something not working with the installer default option.
Anyway, your installers are painfully slow (don't know why) and with the Replace Files option ticked, ALL files are replaced, which took me almost half an hour. You definitely need to clean the installer and solve this problem.

I go in and delete the dll's before installing a new build, so if they are gone and come back, it worked. Does not address the problem you are reporting.
About the GUI size, I must be living under a curse. Tried this on 4 different computers, win 7, win 10 and get the same right side cut off GUI. Noticed another common element. The Reaper bridge process also creates the same cutoff. Means that vsti2 32 bit will work fine in Reaper 32, but bridge to 64 bit and resizing is lost and visa versa. The same consistent vsti3 type artifact is there. Can't expand the full screen regardless of screen resolution and the scroll bars absent. Drag arrows are there for horizontal, vertical, and diagonal resizing, but they max out and a significant part of the screen is still absent. This likely a problem more with Reaper and should test in another DAW to see if the artifacts carry over. Just a happy camper that vsti2 64 bit dll works the way it is supposed to on my main music computer.
On my systems, and maybe fortunately only on my systems, the new dll's are way more fragile as far as blacklisting. Seems like a mix and match as to what will be registered on what computer, but Reaper having trouble accepting installations. This statement really vague and will try to find some common elements.

Multi Presets working.
I don't have John's GUI problem.
Yeah, have to tick 'replace files'.
William, what's confusing is that in the installer, hovering over 'replace files'> tooltip says "When not selected it will update the files by date: newer files will replace older files". That suggests ticked will replace regardless but not ticked will overwrite if newer.....but that's not what's happening....maybe none of the new files are actually 'dated' ?

Goldglob, William,
On the vsti3 or bridging, are you getting a scroll bar to navigate around the GUI or does the whole GUI display as is complete?
John (clueless in Oregon)
