Yo, thanks Bootsie, awesome work. Sadly I have problems in Cubase 4.5, though (Pentium 4, 3,2 GHz, 2GB RAM running Windows XP SP3). Lots of CPU spikes, depending on the preset (Drums:Density is very bad). Also noticed that all of a sudden BootEQ mkII is crashing Cubase when I try to load it. Don't know what's going on, never had that before....

just wondering , is this going to get me better results than the T-racks fairchild compressor in any situations,.. is it going to be doing pretty much the same thing or does it have a few new tricks up its sleeve.. I'm just interested in its application and how it compares as i wont be getting near my music computer for a little while.

It is different and it will yield different sonic results. IMO you should have both! Since one of them is free....well....shanecgriffo wrote:just wondering , is this going to get me better results than the T-racks fairchild compressor in any situations,.. is it going to be doing pretty much the same thing or does it have a few new tricks up its sleeve.. I wish all plugins had a GUI like your recent "mark 2" versions. Still need to check it out, but if it's as "good sounding" as your other plugins (mainly EQ and the reverb in my case), I'm all game.
Please keep up the good work.

That's a lot better than the little voice in my head that usually says that. He sounds like Gilbert Gottfried.bootsie wrote:instead of a demo beep I've included a sexy female voice which reminds you from time to time that your mix is still crappy
Thanks very much for the plugin!

Density 1 has been one of my absolute faves of about thirty or so vst comps. Can't wait to try this out!! Thanks for all your hard work, Bootsie ~
