Generally yes, but I have some soundfont files of a few hundred MB, and when they + others are loaded in many slots + other vsts the DAW will crash when I guess memory runs out (XP 32).

I also have Maestro Grand converted from GIGA which is almost 1 GB soundfont that will not load in anything except SFZ+ set to DFD.

v1.63 nearly done :hyper: Expect it by monday/tuesday...

fixes/changes:

- added a config/ini file. (currently mainly for factory library location :D)
- polished/overworked the GUI.
- fixed a bug in the automation.
- fixed a doubled parameter.
- browser now remembers last folder.
- unloading soundfonts finally working.
- fixed hanging disk icon.
- factory library can now be installed anywhere.

this sounds like you're going to have the program automatically copy sf2 and bloat my drive. are you talking about just saving the path? that's fine. however, the fxp save from my host remembers all the sf2 locations i use in a preset, so i'm not sure why we would need an extra saving method

mhh i thought so, yes! i thought that would be a good idea but perhaps you're right, it should just save an absolute filepath for the soundfont.

Or i can add this copy option later... as an optional one :)

For the record, KVR yesterday had a news about 1.63 release as already done, the website had still 1.6 at the moment.

One quick suggestion:

Might be better to write 2/16 as 1/8, 4/16 as 1/4, 3/8 as 1/4., 3/16 as 1/8. etc. :) Could as well add triplet values ;)
