Hi guys, sorry if this has already been asked but does the full version have more chords (presets) and is it possible to resize the GUI ( looking kinda small on a large screen)
Also is it possible to transpose a chord ?
Cheers

There are quite a few posted on the forum and you can import them from a midi file or of insertpizheres' midi plugins.
No but i requested a larger GUI although it's not too bad at 1920x1080 on my monitor.
Yep, you can transpose and it's automatable.

Cheers for the reply.
What I mean is if you copy a chord to the next slot can you transpose that chord or do you have to drag each note. ?

No, you have various sort and transform options but you have to transpose each note, just gave me an idea for an FR but i know Steve's got some stuff planned for the next version. I just saw your post on the forums anyway so i'll wait and see what he says.topaz wrote:Cheers for the reply.

All it needs is for a key modifier for the transpose, (alt or shift drag, transpose selected chord)

Oh yeah that would be great, i was thinking transposing within a certain key under transform options and limiting the range on the keyboard cause it's a bit random atm.topaz wrote:All it needs is for a key modifier for the transpose, (alt or shift drag, transpose selected chord)

Just for anyone not following the Cthulhu forum, you can do this in the latest version (found in the Cthulhu forum) with alt-drag on any of the chord's note numbers.topaz wrote:All it needs is for a key modifier for the transpose, (alt or shift drag, transpose selected chord)
You can constrain all chords to any key, so you could transpose the root(s) of the chord(s) to where you want, and apply one of the "By..." Constrain rules!Oh yeah that would be great, i was thinking transposing within a certain key under transform options and limiting the range on the keyboard cause it's a bit random atm.

I think Mr Duda gave the answer - check out the Xfer forums and all is revealed, it's just the way he works.topaz wrote:It would be nice to have a list of undocumented features

Yeah but it's easy to miss stuff if you don't carefully read the beta thread which probably has more to do with my lack of focus.samsam wrote:I think Mr Duda gave the answer - check out the Xfer forums and all is revealed, it's just the way he works.topaz wrote:It would be nice to have a list of undocumented features

Anyway, needless to say Cthulhu is great, all the xtras that have been added since have made it a goto for programming midi parts now.

Don't know why this eludes so many devs.... (Ok, rant over, don't want to sidetrack the thread)Spitfire31 wrote:Yes!lingyai wrote:Comprehensive, up to date manuals are a far better way to treat customers

the manual that comes with cthulhu matches the 'release' version, the added features mentioned are on the current BETA releases, how many devs continually update/release manuals along with betas....lingyai wrote: Comprehensive, up to date manuals are a far better way to treat customers
