Tell that to this guy ---> https://www.audiogl.com/en/
Yep. That is definitely on my want list.

i bet you have now!

Been thinking about that "One synth to rule them all" slogan.

My bet is a soft+hard combo. Hard is modular designed and can be used as global controller for any synth.

Not that revolutionary since there's TouchOSC and plenty more...

Back to page 1: CDN article clearly stated it's NOT hardware.

Post

It'll be for the IPad...
No, I'm thinking it will be tied in with Maschine (or however you spell it)

They killed half the excitement.

holy over-analysis, batman! it's just a play on Lord of the Rings -- One Ring to Rule them all. And then add the fact that it's called "Monarch" -- get it? yeah.

the rest is standard promotional buzz. it'll be one more soft synth -- perhaps a good one, even.

Great, we have Monarch, Corona and Diva. Next one will be called Princess or something like that :hihi:

Didn't Andy of Cytomic also contribute some knowledge/wisdom/methods to U-He so they could do the modelling for DIVA ?

Fanboys gotta be fanatic, but they should probably reel in some if not all of the "NI is copying U-He" subtext.

It's always seemed to me that the only real truly pioneering aspect of Diva's development was the willingness to bring our collective CPUs to their knees. As far as I can see, NI could have easily been the first if they had only decided the CPU cost on current machines {at the time} was worth it. I guess releasing such CPU guzzlers didn't fit in to their business model, and they've been fairly conservative {for the better} with the CPU usage on the synths they've put out - thus far.

Yes ? No ?
Well, Massive was the cpu guzzler on its release... it was shocking how much cpu it used...

The suit comes in the boxed version.

Also the engine is supposedly not that CPU intense for what you get.

If they do, then they are officially out of ideas and just attempting to suck bank accounts dry.
Prove me wrong NI....
i thought that - yet another minimoog emulation
silly. Its a PPG Realizer emulation.
wtf is that? :?
The PPG Realizer prototype.
