Sweet, I made the top 5... thanks for the votes guys
Congrats to the winners, It is an honor to be among such esteemed musicians
And warm wishes to all the other participants, you are all a talented bunch, and it is an achievement just to finish off a track and show it to the world! Also a big thanks to bjporter and the sponsors for putting on this fine show
I would love a copy of Diversion, cheers! I played around with the free CM FX version years ago and was very impressed. Is FX only possible with the full version as well? Either way, it looks like a fine synth and will be fun to learn.
Btw, was there ever a deal made for the MPowerSynth, as I wouldn't mind getting a copy? Otherwise I will keep my eye on their 50% off sales...

Yes, there's definitely a deal, will get back soon on the specifics. I believe it can be combined with their sale too.7angram wrote: Btw, was there ever a deal made for the MPowerSynth, as I wouldn't mind getting a copy? Otherwise I will keep my eye on their 50% off sales...

Congrats to the winners. There were a lot of good songs this month.
I'm not sure why I scored so low, but at least the contest motivated me to focus a lot of effort on making a good song, which I feel I accomplished. I also got around 600 listens on soundcloud which is a lot more than any other song I've created so that makes me feel good.
Thanks to everyone who offered me feedback and advice, I do really appreciate it.
Wagtunes, I did really enjoy your entry this month, it's my favorite song of yours, if that's any consolation.

Thanks. I'm going to refrain from commenting as to why I scored so low. It doesn't matter.SoundGoddess wrote:Congrats to the winners. There were a lot of good songs this month.

Chin up. At least you did better than I did.

Rushing composition and sound design plus little or no attention to detail and production = low OSC scores.wagtunes wrote:

If that's what you think I did with this one, you're nuts. I busted my ass I on this track. Listen to the detail on the drums and percussion tracks alone. I think there was 15 tracks there alone.ontrackp wrote:Rushing composition and sound design plus little or no attention to detail and production = low OSC scores.wagtunes wrote:

But whatever. I don't care anymore. I'm done with these.
Think what you want. It no longer matters to me.
