It's not recalling when reinitialised (seems to be just the "One" skin, the classic one is recalled but that doesn't have load/save buttons whearas the "One" skin" does)John [Humanoid Sound Sys] wrote:Do you mean it's not remembering the selected skin from the previous installation or between uses of Scanned Synth Pro?aMUSEd wrote:ooops - another problem with this one - it's not remembering the skin
Also could it please have version numbers in the "about" screen to keep track of them?
thanks
Yes, a version number display would definitely be a good idea and not hard to add. I'll get on the case.

Strange. I'll take a look. Thanks for letting me know.aMUSEd wrote:It's not recalling when reinitialised (seems to be just the "One" skin, the classic one is recalled but that doesn't have load/save buttons whearas the "One" skin" does)John [Humanoid Sound Sys] wrote:Do you mean it's not remembering the selected skin from the previous installation or between uses of Scanned Synth Pro?aMUSEd wrote:ooops - another problem with this one - it's not remembering the skin

I'm really confused now about this preset management thing - what new features does it have? All I can see is the usual load and save buttons at the bottom. It's had those for ages. Should I be seeing something else too? This is why I'm wondering if the installer has updated the dll to the right version but the dll doesn't report a version no either so it's hard to be sure.

Also moving the adsr controls using the "One" skin causes a repeatable crash
Means I'm stuck with the default which I find too dark and cramped (can't make out half of it)

I just uploaded version 2.0.10 that fixes the crash when using 3rd-party skins and remembers the skin you have switched to. Sorry about that.

I made a nitpick report at the 2.09 announcement thread but I will post it here aswell, I also added an FR for the new presethandler.
Nitpick report,
Click the button in the new preset handler, the one that renames the preset.
While this button is pushed switch pages on the gui and you'll see that the preset background changes color for each page.
Also, is there a way to set a specific color to this area in the xml code?
Feature request,
would it be possible to have the preset dropdown menu split into sections for example 4 sections with 32presets in each instead of a long list with 128 presets?

Yes. It's a cut-down version that does not give control over all the parameters and has fewer waveforms to choose from.D.Wako wrote:Is the one from CM mag taken from this synth?
