How does it work if there are multiple licenses for one product available?

For example, if there are 5 licenses for product x, then do the 5 highest (and assuming some are equal, the first) bids get assigned to each of the 5, or does one have to bid specifically for one of the five licenses. I assume it must be the former. if its the latter scenario, the winning bidder for say license #2 may have been outbid by the 2nd highest bidder on license #5.

True. You do not have to specify license # as I always replace the lowest bid. If two licenses share the same low bid, then I switch them out from top to bottom (ie. license #2 and #3 are both on a 50$ bid. Someone now bids 55$ I then switch out bid #2.)
