I was a bit sad to see this has ended for iOS, since it actually removes it from the app store so you can't install ever again. Nor sure if there are backend mechanisms for iOS apps?
Also kind of annoying when devs update a plugin, like recently audio damage updated quanta to a new version, so the one I bought was just gone and not available when I got a new iPad.

This is my frustration with this too. I thought there used to be a way to load them on if you have the apps backed up to your computer.Echoes in the Attic wrote: Tue May 20, 2025 10:27 pm I was a bit sad to see this has ended for iOS, since it actually removes it from the app store so you can't install ever again. Apps that are no longer on the AppStore should still be available in the AppStore app under your Account section of the AppStore app. Tap on your avatar at the top right to go into your Account in the app, then go to Apps --> My Apps --> Not on this [device]

Hey Peter, not letting TRacks V5 MAX owners update 1:1 to V6 and now also discontinuing Mixbox (and still selling it on Plugin Boutique). Is this what IK Multimedia thinks is good customers support? Now two of my investments in IK Multimedia software became abadonware.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Wed May 21, 2025 1:52 pm Apps that are no longer on the AppStore should still be available in the AppStore app under your Account section of the AppStore app. Tap on your avatar at the top right to go into your Account in the app, then go to Apps --> My Apps --> Not on this [device]

Hi Peter. I noticed the free Mixbox package that's been given away for free on PB doesn't include the Sunset reverbs. Any chance to add them, since they're no longer for sale? I own them in T-Racks. Tried to find a support email but couldn'tPeter - IK Multimedia wrote: Wed May 21, 2025 1:52 pm Apps that are no longer on the AppStore should still be available in the AppStore app under your Account section of the AppStore app. Tap on your avatar at the top right to go into your Account in the app, then go to Apps --> My Apps --> Not on this [device]

Aha. Digging further, found a page saying "All 5 Sunset Sound modules available for purchase as an expansion pack"

Correct, the were added later and available as an add-on so they are not included with the version being given away by PIB.

This is what IK Multimedia does.
Syntronik 2 and Sampletron for ex came out 4 years ago and now its been discontinued aswel.
I have their hardware synths and those are half working, support is very vague they know the problem but not going to fix.
Glad im over IK and not buying any products because of their bad support and discontinuing products. Products are good, but they lost my trust completely long time ago and the futher time goes im happy im not buying their products.

Hey all, I noticed a few greyed out reverbs in MixBox (full version). It is the Sunset reverbs.
I own the Sunset plugin... how do I get them to show up in Mixbox?

You’d have to have bought sunset reverbs for mixbox, a separate and discontinued product.I_Am_Become_KVR wrote: Sat Dec 06, 2025 11:44 pm Hey all, I noticed a few greyed out reverbs in MixBox (full version). It is the Sunset reverbs.
