Just a thought, perhaps of no relevance, but with global keystroke shortcuts sometimes failing, and phrase drop sometimes failing, could it be possible that focus is the issue?

IOW, that the focus is sometimes somehow not what it is expected to be or should be?

Here is an example with the bug.. Select the chord phrase on the right and start moving it to the right.. The phrase on the left will regenerate..

BTW, I notice that a phrase created by dragging in the Chord Generator does not have the little left/right arrows by it's name. This is unlike most of the rest of the generators.

Is this supposed to be this way? Wouldn't it make sense for little arrows to be available to alter the chord params, such as 'Chord Voicing:' for example?

Or to Re-rhythmize Phrase as via clicking on the Dice icon?

And a quick suggestion.. add "apply to phrase" on the rhythm tab of the phrase inspector..

Another phrase select problem... Just right click the percussion phrase at the bottom of the composition..

Ok in summary, these are the generators that crash on right click:

• Finger Picker

• Melody Editor

• Phrase Container

• Phrase Morph

• Piano Chord Generator

• Piano Run

I think I tried all of them..

Thanks for that clarification. I take the point also that if some possible randomization has been added via Variations then that is currently considered a different animal.

Is there any way to throw a particular randomization away from the Phrase Local History? For example, suppose I've generated 7 randomizations, and I like 3 of them enough to save and keep available in the list, but want to eliminate the other 4. Can I currently do that?

If not, it would be a nice-to-have, as otherwise the chaff keeps accumulating with the wheat.

I'm observing some cases where a phrase won't split. I select the split operation, but it does not happen. I note that this is an inside-the-bar split. Do I need to set something to make this work?

Hello Attila!
I propose to create commands (together with shortcuts) "Set the Timeline by the length of the selected phrase or phrases", "Set the transport cycle by the length of the selected phrase or phrases" and all this with the addition + simultaneously start the playback. Since this is already done in the Master Track (Set as Timeline Region). Thank .

just from the image, it looks like it is already split.. then i downloaded the project, and again, it is already split.. ??? I can't reproduce the problem..
