----Sometimes the most normal/basic stuff done well captures people's imaginations/attention. I'm guessing the final results will be a surprise to almost all of us though, how could they not be really, considering all the random opinions we've all heard and given along the way. :hihi:

anna was top of my list ,but was just mucking around with it in ableton and damned if i can assign my controllers to the 2 filter cutoff controls its all a bit too complicated and i cant find them on the list, so it may be dropping a place in my votes :(

Hm, you can't find CC's for them or you can't find VST parameters for them? Because they are named filter1-cut and filter2-cut. Let me know if you need any help.

when i'm in live and unfold all the synths parameters so that i can assign my midi controllers i cant seem to find filter cut off.. just about all of them are labeled variations on 'delay****' or 'env* curve array' and theres lots of them!

There's plenty of env curve array parameters, that's true. But are there really that many named delay something? There should be about 45 delay parameters. But there's about 500 parameters in total. Is Live showing all of them? They show up just fine in for instance Podium, the last parameter should probably be "volenv-s", unless Live isn't showing them in the order they are supplied (but I'd guess that it does). Downloading the Live 6 demo now so that I can have a looksie myself :)

it seems its only showing about quater of them then i think.

Fire is fun - it's very responsive and good for mangling stuff. The interface has a nice retro/future sci-fi feel to it, if that makes sense. :D A thumbs up.

Triple Cheese: some of the sounds it makes are amazing, so much so that it inspired me to start recording. I made my best-ever track with this synth (which isn't saying much) :) so on that basis I have to say it's top of the tree so far. I like the GUI, though it's a little dark for my eyes. Low CPU use too, which is important to me because of my weak PC. A first-class job.

Now, *rubs hands* which plug-in should I try next...

Hi stefancrs, Live will only show the first 128 parameters of any given vsti as parameters avalaible for automation.

This is the answer Alex from the ableton forum gave in regards to this limitation in Live 6 at the time of beta testing.
Live 6 still has the limitation that only the first 128 paramters can be automated. It's on top of all related plug-in improvements but it did not make into Live 6. Feel free to vote for it in the wishlist forum.

Regards,
/Alex
Hope this helps, i'm not sure if those 128 parameters are shown in the same order you intended them to appear, or if live rearrange them tho.

Oh, well, they are supplied in alphabetical order from Anna. Too bad that Live does not show all parameters a plugin exposes. Thanks for the info OverDose!

----Alright, it wasn't easy, but I made some last minute checks of some of the entries and then voted. Anyone who hasn't yet, don't forget to, it's almost time to declare winners and get some people their prizes. :)
