Hey there -- can anyone tell me what the deal is for current MixControl users? I bought MC last year, and I love it and use it quite a bit so I'm interested in the new version, but obviously only if the price is right... (not that Team DNR hasn't always taken good care of us, of course! :D ).

MixControl Pro is free for you and will be added to your account the moment the release is made public :) If you purchased it before the online account system was in place, just pass us an e-mail to support(at)teamdnr(dot)net with the e-mail you purchased with and we'll setup an account for you on the online system.

Two things I noticed in the images:

- Why is the order of processors Stereo -> Saturation -> Limiter on the "extended" GUI version, but Stereo -> Limiter -> Saturation on the "compact" GUI version?

- What about color-coding the knobs of the EQ? Sort-of like the Yamaha one here has, one color each for Freq & Q & Gain, just not as obtrusive.
Small fix, but could really improve the workflow and make it more intuitive.

About the "singles" thing, there's no hurry from my point of view. Just thought it might be a good idea, because everybody here's jumping on 20$ no-brainer deals, but it's only the more dedicated (and financially fluent) people who can fork out 129$ just like that. ;)

Edit: I forgot - looks very "mature" and promising otherwise. I'm not very fond of the green "digital" looking elements, but overall it looks really nice! Good work!
Reaper user? Get my free JSFX plug-ins, also available via ReaPack extension.

NO. WAY. You seriously just made my whole week... I was sad and drooling over the new screenshots, wondering which kid I'd have to sell, and you just totally made that angst go away. Thanks again, you guys rock!

Nice catch, I'll bring this up and see if we can get that switched over.

We did actually have color-coded knobs but the general consensus was that it was somewhat cheesy looking and we opted to color-code the numbers and the "s" for solo on each band instead.

Thanks a bunch, possibly in the near future we will contract more designs to be made which will cover a much broader range of aesthetic tastes :)

Hi Steven,

Will you look into this issue for MixControl Pro?

I'm totally happy with the pace MixControl is developed. Best luck with your sales, you surely deserve it!

Andre

Hi Steven,

Will you look into this issue for MixControl Pro?
I neglected to reply to yours and 3ee's posts, sorry about that. I've added the issues to the bugtracker and they will be dealt with during the beta phases :)

To all who have sent in beta-testing requests - we've added your e-mails to the list, and when the next beta version is finalized, we will be sending out a message to all with download information and a bug report document to go over.

We've been lucky to have things go very smoothly this past month and the suggestions have been great from users. And to all happy users, please help us spread the word! We can do all the marketing in the world, but happy customers are always better than advertising :)

If there are any other willing beta-testers, we're still looking for quite a few more, specifically on the Win x64, All VST3 and AU side.

I would love to Beta Test for Jeskola Buzz, but I am only running 32-bit Windows XP. The 64-bit upgrade is quite a ways away. ;)

I would PM you, but it is disabled.

I'm not sure what a Jeskola Buzz is, it looks like a host or something similar? And yes, we turned off the PM system so that all information and customer contact was being kept track of through our email system. I'll add company contact info to the signature of this account as well.

And you are welcome to help test the plug-in if you would like, just send us a message and we'll get you added to the beta team.
