Guys
The link is in the download page. It says about the version: ReValver 4 Latest Build: 140910

You need to run the Amp Store Tool that is installed along with ReValver and download the licenses that are linked to your account (Even the free ones need this procedure). Maybe this video can help:

There's no more serial numbers with R4. You purchase something or redeem a code, the licenses are linked to your account.

great to see Peavey isn't abandoning Revalver 4 like it was with Revalver 3.x series. not what i would like to see (although a graphic EQ and a rat is nice), but phase delay for cabinets is very welcome. nice job!
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

There's also phase delay in the Chain Mixer now.

Er, I am right........right? There is a new free amp........correct? If not I don't know how I missed it :?

I didn't see it mentioned in the release notes.

Which amp? The only two free ones that I am aware of is Custom Lite and Valveking MK II.

3 things..:

-There should be more info about the input RMS knob in the manual and on the GUI.
A list with rms values for the most common pick-ups.

-BPM sync to host for effects with LFO/modulation. Where is it?

-Why does no company make a graphic EQ where you can -> paint with the mouse <-
(one click+button (or else) should adjust all bands by dragging across....imho.)

If i would make a graphic eq..painting with mouse would be a must-have (basic) feature.
..i never see it anywhere.

I used ONE equalizer that had this function, but I don't remember what it was as it was many years ago. But I agree with you! I'm amazed more companies don't pick up on this.

A very old one that (if I remember right) more or less does this -

I must live in the twilight zone. I was thinking there was a new amp with this update. I have no clue why I thought that or why I hadn't used that amp before.

It's not a graphic EQ, but the Voxengo Curve EQ allows you to draw your EQ curve freehand when in freeform mode. It's not a feature I ever used though since I don't EQ something visually unless I'm doing the rare curve matching of two sources. Not to mention I'm not a fan of the Voxengo GUIs. I could be wrong, but I feel like graphic EQs are entry level EQs and that folks generally graduate to using parametric EQs fairly quickly. I associate graphic EQs with home stereos. They have a super low learning curve, but are far from optimal when it comes to EQing. I sort of get using a graphic EQ on an actual piece of physical hardware on a stage, but in the box, why not use the better tool?

Edit:
Since the time I made the previous posts about curve matching several pages back in this thread, the FabFilter Pro-Q 2 has been released and it now has a curve matching feature as well.

Yep !

The pretty new Waves GEQ does this ...
and is one of the best Graphic EQs, currently available !
It's on sale, quite often. ( somewhere around 50 bucks )

it was 79 a couple of weeks ago......I was such a good boy and didn't even demo it :D

Looks like a dandy though. @R4's GEQ, it's a great idea. I really like the eq at the end of the chain though so other than as a stomp up front I don't know that I'd use it. I haven't been in the mood to play guitar today so I haven't given it a fair shot yet.
