If you didn't keep current with what Arturia has been doing lately, don't spread misinformation. Yes, in the last years, they neglected the software, because thet had been busy with the hardware, but things improved (A LOT) since the launching of V Colletion 5.
I see they are doing better with their software updates recently. However, the Origin, their original hardware flagship synth selling for $2,500, was abandoned. The Origin is a modular soft synth on a hardware platform so it could continue to be updated but they decided to dump it and release more profitable analog hardware products instead. That alone is reason to be cautious with expectations for support from Arturia.

Very nice plugin with a lot of potential. Sounds very good.

Thanks Arturia. Finally got around to installing off-line(a breeze/much appreciated), and had no problem with sync(as some have said)in FL Studio. If sync is a problem for your DAW, you could just manually dial it in anyway. Sounds great in a chain with synth samples...adds a lot to basic waveforms. Get it while you can :) -Thanks (PS: if you want to do a few Virus components, I might die..love the component modules more than the full synths honestly).

Huge download for a single plugin, but hey (beggars/choosers). My first experience with the Arturia licensing application and authorization system - it was a breeze.

Very cool! Nice oldschool hands-on flavour. Thanks Arturia and Merry Christmas, all. :D

undoubtely...

i can still load it eventually into Dsp-Quattro and even iZotope RX, too bad though that you need to upgrade (?) to the X version of Logic to use it at it full potential...

...and what a pretty UI !!!!

Hi I downloaded & installed MiniFilter V it looks interesting thanks Arturia ;-)
Is there a way to authorize this without installing and using Native Access? With all of the issues users have reported w/NA I would prefer authorizing manually or via Service Center,is this possible? Or should I wait for NI to update and fix Native Access?
Thanks

They switched to ASC. I did it offline. I'm pretty sure it just places a key for you, and that you can trash(not uninstall)the ASC program after if you want...it doesn't need to go back online. My setup is disabled, and works. For some reason, I noticed that Arturia MiniV, not the filter plugin, shows up in my NI software center..but, like I said, this new one doesn't show up there. I'm not sure how/why people would have problems with the autho..it's easier than NI.

Thanks to Arturia for nice gift.

But I must say that I have already uninstalled it after playing with it a bit. Not that it's bad or anything but it just does not add anything to my current setup. It's also not sounding so good that I would want to replace any of my existing filter plugins. So I see no point in keeping it installed with the Arturia licensing app. Maybe sometimes I will install it again.

Is it best to un-install software that you may never use?

I do not like clutter. Especially in my VST folder. No point in keeping stuff around that I do not use. So I always try to keep my vst folder as clean and minimalistic as I can. This also helps to keep better compatibility between newer and older projects when some random plugins I have used one time do not make into project files.

Makes sense.

My hoarding mentality prevails here.
Must be genetic.
