I don't mind replacing the content with the R2 library. Don't think it is easy for the developer to write a patch system for that. It's also nice to update the library, good work in improving the product!

Can you tell more?
On the other hand, I like this synthesizer more and more, since I can create incredible texture pads just using the FFT editor.

Hey guys, after reading so many posts in here, watching videos on YouTube and demoing Avenger, I'm finally more than ready to get onboard... My only concern is that i was reading that many users experiencing random crashes, I didn't have one wet with the demo, but the demo is also limited to 25' use if I remember right... Please guys tell me about your experience, I'm on Win 10 - 64bit and my host is Reaper. Also if one of you willing to sell his second hand copy
please pm me. Thank you very much devs, I really enjoyed the demo and I believe dropping the elicencer was the best decision ever made for Vengeance as a company, I see Avenger becoming even more popular than Serum in the future...

License files are fine, but no invasive copy protection running in the background. Would have been a pity, I do not buy synths with elicenser._TIP_ wrote:Thank you very much devs, I really enjoyed the demo and I believe dropping the elicencer was the best decision ever made for Vengeance as a company, I see Avenger becoming even more popular than Serum in the future...
I too think that Vengeance made the right decision here... really enjoying this, the only other synth I am having or had this much fun is Zebra 2. Avenger is really over the top with all that possibilities, I was really missing a top of the line synth with that amount of sample integration.

I am not on Win 10 but in reading the forums if there was no issue with the demo then your good to go , any issues were very noticeable from the get go on all systems and there were different issues on different systems. I'm on Win 10 and 64 bit and I can confirm that I don't have any problem running Avenger. You just missed the sale from a couple of days, maybe contact them and see if they can let you get the 20% off. Even at full price, it's a must buy!_TIP_ wrote:Hey guys, after reading so many posts in here, watching videos on YouTube and demoing Avenger, I'm finally more than ready to get onboard... Thank you guys for sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate it! Actually, I was reading here about CPU spikes caused by the GUI, I don't now if that got fixed yet...

Is anyone getting a missing content error for most of the presets? I installed the R2 content but no luck.

I had this Problem on my older laptop, no problem on the new one. If you demo it and dont have it immediately, your system is Fine._TIP_ wrote:Thank you guys for sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate it! I have it since december and only one crash last weekend with V 1.11 and the next day, there was a 1.12 update, that fixed this crash, so no reason to concern. I am on win10 / 64 and also have no issues with cpu ussage. There was in first versions a higher cpu consumption, but now I don't notice it in normal patches._TIP_ wrote:Hey guys, after reading so many posts in here, watching videos on YouTube and demoing Avenger, I'm finally more than ready to get onboard... This morning I've opened a project done a couple of months ago containing some 15 instances of Avenger, all the sounds were made from scratch on version 1.0.x
Now I'm running 1.1.2 and some of those synths sound very different, the mix, timbres, and levels noticeably altered, the song was basically unusable - wasn't funny at all and my heart skipped a couple of beats, I guess you can imagine.
Luckily I kept the installers for every single update and when I downgraded to version 1.0.34 all the sounds were correct again and I've been able to deliver the mix.
Is there any known backward compatibility problem regarding patches made on versions earlier than 1.1? Workarounds to have everything work on the latest update?
Thanks
