Did you try the compressor in 64-bit mode? It crashes for me and others. Do you own the Fender pack? If so, did the Fender models show up in 64-bit?

Thanks for the feedback...

Yeah I tried it, seems to work just fine, no crashes yet. :) Just to double-check, we are talking about the Amplitube 3 -> Dynamics -> Compressor pedal?

Sorry, don't have it, at least not yet.

In Logic express running 64 bit on a mac, Fender and metal and hendrix all appear in a collections submenu in presets and the Fender amps show up as a Fender submenu in the amp selection. The compressor doesn't seem to cause a crash in a very simple project. still using 3.5 without any updates from the original download.

Really starting to get into 3.5 (enough that I pulled my sale thread of it in Marketplace).

Sure it'll be better when Fender SE shows up in Win x64 version, sure its better value for newcomers (what update isn't!?)...

BUT for us diehard AT2 and AT3 users, the x64 update(yep i know its a bit buggy) , the custom shop (I added Soldano and Ampeg B-15 to my system for 18 Euros), and the improved integration of previous PBAT things (my Ampeg Uno never worked in 3.01) all makes for a pretty good free upgrade!

I've been demoing the 3 T-Rex pedals. They ALL sound excellent! 8) These are my favorite of the new releases. Finished testing all of the new amps as well: Orange Tiny Terror, Soldano and the Fender Princeton were standouts for me. The Soldano is impressively diverse in going from a nice, warm clean tone to Marshall-style crunch to full blown lead. I was surprised by the Orange AD30 though. I expected to like that one the best but found it only mediocre. It was a bit too dark and I had a tough time getting any punch out of it. The demo on the web site tells a different story though so I may have to come back to it later.

Question: Did anyone experience any pops or clicks when running the new models in parallel mode (two at a time)? They seem to be extra resource hungry on my end. I was running two of the new Orange models together with T-Rex pedals (with High resolution enabled) and it occasionally pops. I am using an RME FireFace 800 running Win7 64-bit with Reaper 64 on a Pentium Quad, 8GB RAM, Gigabyte MB. Plenty adequate for this application so I was surprised to hear this :? Just in case, I ran a latency checker and it came up green so my bandwidth is ok. If anyone wants to try the same experiment in 64-bit please report your results....

I don't remember getting pops and clicks (I tried two soldanos) But I admit I'm a very ONE mic and one channel kinda guy.

Low, Med, or High resolution?

Always High but I run a pedestrian 44.1/128 buffer

128 buffer is pretty good for live playing! Good for you :)

Is the custom shop running when you are in sonar? It has to be in order to work (standalone or vst)

The compressor issue is known, but it wouldn't hurt to file another support ticket.

Also, changing presets int x1 (didn't try 8.5) crashes here.

Just discovering the new "Preset Browser" via the Browser button at the top. It now shows the signal chain with graphics of pedals, amps, cabs and effects at the bottom. Nice touch! This lil' feature proves more useful that I would have first imagined. :) 8)

Still no idea why "Patches" are separated from "Presets" now? What's the primary difference :?:

can ya' awl try this

open an instance of AT3.5 (standalone or vst)
pick a preset
make sure it's "stereo" in some way
go to either rack, choose "graphic eq"

Result? It goes mono.

I sent a ticket with my exact specs.

ON that note :x

The IK way of reporting issues is terrible. Why oh why do you have to fill out that long support ticket if you are a registered member......or am I missing something?
