Interesting.
It looks like this guy has more guitars and gear than my old local mucic shop.

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Given that my Stanford semi is my best electric git, I have high expectations. These are scarcer and scarcer, and if the workmanship is the same as my semi, it will be a fantastic guitar.

He did say that they gave him the guitar for the video. Nice gig, if you can get it.The Noodlist wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 5:27 pmInteresting.

Yes, YT might reach more people than advertising. It's the norm for me to check out video reviews. The way of the world.Bombadil wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 7:29 pm He did say that they gave him the guitar for the video. Nice gig, if you can get it.

Yes, and I'm just beginning to cop on to what's happening there. Not everyone says straight out that they're receiving compensation for their videos. People who have the newest thing as soon as they're announced now raise my suspicions.
But, from my experience with my CR Thinline 35 AV, there's a high probability that this guitar will have a 'wow' factor to it. It certainly looks a lot purtier than any still shot I've seen. It's supposed to be nitro, but I somehow doubt it. Who knows? It's a €900 MiC git. My other Stanford would easily compare with gits +€500 more. I hope this does, too.
This means I'll be selling my Tele, with my Strat my only Fender single coil sound.
I tried to work a deal second-hand. We agreed on price, but the guy seemed really uninterested in taking my money and didn't get back to me with his bank info, so....new. These are scarce as I said, and I've been jonesing to at least try one since I got my 35 AV. So, Carpe Gitarrum, and all that.

Tbh, I am curious as to how they sound. They look goofy, though, and the 'bag' is truly laughable.
