When I open it I only see two banks full of initial A-8 thru H-8.
Maybe because that's exactly what you got with the original synth?

Yeah maybe a Windows quirk. I'll try restarting and see if things sort themselves out.
Edit: Made no difference

Hi Brian, I am on Windows and the Jupiter 4 sounds great to me, but doesn't see to have any patches installed. A Mac user (see posts above) can see patches so is this something specific to Windows or my PC? Either way just flagging it.

i'm on Windows and seeing 2 banks in the browser. The second bank only has a handful of (what i assume were) the original patches.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Fri Jun 17, 2022 2:43 pm Yeah maybe a Windows quirk. I'll try restarting and see if things sort themselves out.

The Pro-MARS was my favorite Roland ACB filter by quite a bit - which, they probably recycled here (hopefully they did) since it's supposed to be a mono-Jupiter 4 from what I understand. Nice to see they created a new ACB Plug-Out. So kudos for that. Don't think I'll re-up my sub and won't buy at $199, but still happy to see it as a System-8 owner. Now bring out the Jupiter-6!

I can't believe I'm having to ask this. I've got the Roland Jupiter 8 vst running in Bitwig. How do I save a patch? It seems all the save functions are for whole banks.
In Bitwig there is nothing on the top of the plugin window as I usually see in Cubase.

I can only see one bank named Initial. All empty patches. Odd.JamminFool wrote: Fri Jun 17, 2022 3:15 pmi'm on Windows and seeing 2 banks in the browser. Will try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jupiter 4.
Edit: Nope, still no patches. Oh well I don't think the original Jupiter 4 patches were particularly amazing or anything, but would have been nice to quickly intro the sort of sounds without having to go straight into sound design. I do have the Cherry Audio one so I can cheat and copy their patches.

Close your Daw and Go to your C:/ProgramData/Roland Cloud Folder and Delete the Jupiter 4 Folder and restart your Daw and it will recreate your Jupiter 4 Patches when you open one instance.

Make no mistakes. If the Jupiter 4 ACB doesn’t saturate like the hardware on the video, the emulation is a failure:
