The IK way of reporting issues is terrible. Why oh why do you have to fill out that long support ticket if you are a registered member......or am I missing something?
Can't check the bug atm, but yes, the fecking form has to be filled in *every time*.
I suppose it's like the license transfer fee, it's to discourage users from bothering.

See, that's EXACTLY what I am thinking.

So, it's "send a report ticket" but most people won't send one

Bugger.......

yes.. the part where IK spends 4 hours troubleshooting based on the computer specs you put in 5 years ago when you became a customer. followed closely by

open an instance of AT3.5 (standalone or vst)
pick a preset
make sure it's "stereo" in some way
go to either rack, choose "graphic eq"

Result? It goes mono.

I sent a ticket with my exact specs.

Thanks for the report, hibidy.

Hey Brian, do jam points take a few days to show up in my account? I made a purchase 2 days ago but jam points are still 0.

They shouldn't. PM me your IK username and I will look into this for you tomorrow.

Appreciate that Brian :) I already submitted a support ticket earlier. These Orange amps are smokin' btw! 8)

Custom Shop connects directly to your IK User Account. It will restore your gear based on what you have registered. You don't need to have the legacy products installed. All you need is an internet connection. Click the "Restore My Gear" tab in Custom Shop, and we will take care of the rest.
Glad I found this post. The 2.5 installer detected my AT Fender edition and at first only those and the freebies were there. It didn't auto detect JHE or Ampeg Uno ( I wasn't really expecting it to detect Uno). When I clicked on the "Restore My Gear" tab it detected JHE, Ampeg Uno, and much to my surprise, Amplitube 2! I'm very happy to have all my amps under one hood. The inclusion of AT2 was a great surprise!

So, for everyone having trouble getting things to show up, follow Brian's directions.

IK deals with thousands of customers, not dozens, and I'll bet many are less savvy than someone using, for example, Headcase, or LePou plugins, since those do not have large scale advertisements, that attract newcomers who respond to such ads, because its all they have seen. You'll see similar helpline implementations for other complex softwares. One outfits support team even demands a SiSoft Sandra report, to sort out the types who don't rtfm.
None are perfect, and each time a big release rolls out, support systems should get better.
Having up-to-date data is crucial, even the differences in video cards can be important.
Chaos is not cost effective. Seeing all my Ik data in one spot, even jampoints from
2007 is very organized :-o Tech-support and fast-food are different industries

How about Drive-thru tech support? Would you like fries with that Orange, and supersize that cab. Mmm... Big Muff Orange Pi for desert. Oh, you got fuity loops instead, sorry you'll have to call the number on the receipt ASAP with your order number to file a complaint/exchange, but there will be no refunds. Here are some coupons in the mean time. :hihi: 8) :P

OT but funny none the less:
Reminds me of the time when Wendy's knowingly gave my friend a watery luke warm liquefied Frosty/malt/milkshake at the drive through. We drove 10 feet before he realized, pulled back around to the drive through order mic to complain or get a refund/exchange. They fecking told him he then had to call the hotline number on the receipt and they would take care of it. My friend only called to lodge his complaint and displeasure, and wanted to know what they would do to rectify future situations, and didn't care about the $1 he wasted on the drink. They then tried to offer him free coupons after he repeatedly told them he would never eat there again. Lesson learned: Never go to the Wendy's that's on the 8 Mile/Telegraph border near Detoit if ya get my drift. (If you saw the movie 8 Mile with Eminem and aren't from around here, it is like that and then some, but not all metro Detroit is like that). My buddy moved out of state and had to stop telling people he was from the Detroit area because too many people associated the movie with the bad parts of metro Detroit, and thought he was straight from the ghetto/trailer park.

OT rant over.

That T-Rex mudhoney pedal is awesome through the Vox Copperface. Total grunge Stone Temple Pilots/Smashing Pumpkins/Soundgarden guitar tones. IK really did a good job with that pedal. Think of it as an overdrive that wants to be a mild distortion pedal with its bollocks shaved, with the option to add a mix of fuzz/hair back with the boost button. I can't believe I just made that analogy, but it pretty much nails the description of that pedal. Use it on a clean brighter amp that is on the verge of breakup and you'll know what I mean.

 That was a fun read and an apt description. All 3 T-Rex pedals are excellent 8)

Just a quick FYI...

I finally got around to downloading and installing Amplitube 3.5, and have had no problems! I own Ampeg and Fender, as well as Amplitube 3.

I went into Custom Shop and selected "Restore My Gear", and everything is authorized as it should be...I can access everything except for the new models added in 3.5.

I then loaded the 64 bit plugin, and everything is still authorized as it should be.

I am running Win7 64bit, and both the standalone and 64 bit plugin are working perfectly for me...I don't know if it is because I have all the previous models, but thumbs up to IK on this one! :tu:
