This i get when trying to install it. There are no leftover files from a previous installation, neither in my vst folder, or documents folder.

I went from 2.1 straight to 2.3 and somewhere between those two versions the preset handling in Cubase 10.5 on windows 10 broke.
in 2.1 with the vst2 version when I loaded a bank the Cubase preset dropdown list showed the presets of the freshly loaded bank and I could access all the presets in that bank.
In 2.3 when I load a new bank the dropdown list still shows the presets from the previous bank until I switche presets several times, then it shows the presets of the newly loaded bank. Also I can't access the first preset of a bank. When I click on the first preset nothing happens and the previous preset stays loaded.
When I go back to 2.1 everything is back to normal.

With the vst3 version it's the same old behavior that no presets at all get loaded into the Cubase preset dropdown list....

That was already there many versions back, so... why mention it in the changelog for 2.3 ?

In 2.3, there are all kinds of new options in the menu related to preset/bank management.

Ah, ok, thanks. I expected something that needed less clicks, like directly on the gui without having to go into a menu.

A correction to my previous post : while in version 2.1 the presets of the newly loaded bank appear instantly in the cubase preset drop down list, also with this version the first preset of a bank can't be recalled from the menu, only from the menu in the plugin itself.

Thanks for the reports. We are aware of some issues regarding banks and presets. Fix ASAP.

This is very like to be because of a JUCE framework since the bank handling code hasn't been touched.
