08/01/15 (or 01/08/15 for our confused transatlantic friends) - Statement of Capital
03/02/15 - an amended Annual Return for the period to 04/07/14

If this truly was the complete end of Camel Audio's business, there would be no reason for doing so.
source?
but what means 01/08/15 for our confused transatlantic friends.
maybe they only recover? marketing stunt? i mean everybody talked about CA in the last time, this thread goes on and on.
That way is wrong too. Here's the right way:

Who.is is telling us that the domain is still valid till 2019, was updated in 2013.... and it is still property of
Camel Audio Ltd.

At this stage, anyone who honestly thinks they are bringing something new to this thread probably haven't *read* this thread.

All this stuff has already been posted, many times. The domain name would have been purchased for five years or more, it's ownership hasn't changed (as I already reported before) and it's ownership won't expire until it's up for renewal...

All that means is that at the time that they renewed their domain, they didn't plan to go out of business. I have several domains that I have to renew every few years. If I expect to be using it for a while, I renew it for the max time, which I think is 10 years. If not, I may renew it for 3 or 4 years. Some domains are experimental and I only get them for a year or two to see what happens.

beely has spoken. Don't waste your time posting here any more.... :)

I did a quick search through the thread, and yes I did bring something new to the thread :-P

And of course everybody here has nothing better to do but read through close to 300 pages of whatever just to find out that something or another has already been brought up. Because as evidenced by the thread itself, we simply have no lives.

Had a look at some LinkedIn profiles. The lead developer at Camel Audio, John Proctor, was working for two different companies until January, when the Camel announcement happened.

Now, I know this doesn't say anything about what happened to Camel Audio, but it could suggest that their employees will work for CA or the company that has acquired CA in the future.

Kinda late to the game with this question, but how does one sell/transfer their Alchemy license & sound banks yet keep CamelSpace & CamelPhat?

Well, because CamelSpace and CamelPhat are just effects, rather light and still useful because they can be added everywhere in a DAW (audio tracks or other instruments). On the contrary, Alchemy is like an old cumbersome car now: "abandonware" (trashy within a year or two). Sound Banks only work for Alchemy.

Right, which is why I want to sell Alchemy AND the two sound banks I have. I didn't know if one had to transfer their entire account or not.

As far as I know, one cannot sell his entire account to someone else. It's against the CA EULA or smth. You can only sell your licenses, not the account. What's more, you can sell them only to someone who already has a CA account.

Never thought that this topic reached the 300 pages level... not often on KVR.

Indeed. In fact, I think after this thread burns out KVR should sponsor a contest: the first person to identify the two individual posts each referencing "the straw that broke the camel's back" wins a free copy of Alchemy.

I guess I just gave away a hint... They both occured prior to this post...
You need to limit that rez, bro.
