That would be Root as previously mentioned, people reworking fragments of Thurstons playing. Very hit and miss in my opinion. His other solo album proper was 'Psychic Hearts' from '95. Just a trio, all very SY in their punk pop mode, not 'experimental' at all really (well, compared to some of the other projects he's been involved in). Well worth a listen.
If you want to hear him at his most 'gorgeous', hunt down a copy of the 'pillow wand' cd he done with Nels Cline (another guitar genius); freeform meanderings but sooo lovely.
