He's no longer 14 years old, even if he really was at the time of the Web "interview" four or more years ago. Dunno about Australia, but seems to me that around here at age 18 you can be taken to court. (Not that I think it would go that far; Apple will likely ignore him, slight chance of a light spanking.)
