[1.35 beta 3]
a) most triplet Snap settings look OK, but 1/4T is not correct - should be just dotted lines where the solid ones are,
b) on 1/4 Snap value: the solid lines showing the Snap positions should be dotted (just as is done for 1/2, 1/1 etc
c) when you [Add Track] any triplet Snap values get reset to 1/16 (the graphics and actual snap positions are not updated though
d) deslect Slice/Parameter when Parameter/Slice is selected works fine
e) Slices are inserted in the correct position when Snap is off
good stuff

I imported an fxb I made with beta2 in beta3 and all the snap values were "reseted" to 1/16. (Well, all the triplets I had, since everything else was in 1/16 anyway)DarkStar wrote:[1.35 beta 3]

Dunno if it's a bug or not? Should that be imported as well when I open an fxb?
A guy with serious GAS and lots of unused VSTs. But if I someday need them...

1.35 beta 4
BRs:
1. deleting loops with MMB from the filelist always deletes the first loop along (doesn't happen with ctrl+RMB)
2. load a 1 bar drumloop with a bassdrum on the 1. now set arranger to 8 beats with rmb, deselect "lock to loop" and use rmb on arranger beats until it shows 4 again. the bassdrum gets doubled (the second bar is still in the memory which is cool, but that leads to this bug)
3. small slices are visualised too long in the arranger when it's set to more than 4 beats, the events appear to be at least 1/16 though they are 1/64 or something. the waveform is displayed correctly but the white box is longer. doesn't matter if/what snap is active
FRs:
1. possibility to select more slices in the slicer to get them dragged to the arranger as one block, e.g. select first slice, press and hold shift and select last slice, all slices in between get selected and you can drag all these slices to the arranger
2. still i'd like to see some visual where the slices i'm about to drop get really dropped (only a line would be enough)

thanks Milan
Bugs have been fixed and the minimum size of white event boxes have been lowered - I need to maintain a minimum width for the delete button and so you have a chance of dropping slices on the event.
I'll get to the FR's in the next version

The only thing is the MIDI configuration settings. This time, the LMB button works fine, but when i make changes, the parameters display the incorrect setting. I have to go to the main window and then click back to the settings window for the params to display the settings correctly.
Just as a quick example, I am using Trollo to trigger the param settings. If i say, set one param to C#1, click on Trollo to set a key to C#1, go back to LS, i will notice that the parameter will read another note besides C#1. This sometimes happens with multiple parameters simultaneously.
But note, it's a visual thing, even though it reads incorrect, the actual notes do not change.

I can confirm that - if you change a value and then cover the liveslice screen with trollo, the display goes back to the previous value when you put the liveslice screen back on top of the trollo screen
I'll look at it right away.

no love?JamminFool wrote:playing around with LS in SONAR again, and i notice that the STOP button from SONAR is ignored in LS.
like if i have a midi track in SONAR triggering a slice in LS. when i push PLAY in SONAR, it plays as expected. however, when i push STOP in SONAR, LS keeps playing.
this works fine in eXT, so i'm guessing that SONAR doesn't send the standard message to indicate that the transport is stopped.

I haven't tested it yet, but I added support for the "all notes off" midi controller (#123) to stop playback of all arrangements. Sonar might very well be using this instead of sending individual note off messages.no love?

it's still not working in LS 1.38 with SONAR 5.01.ohm wrote:I haven't tested it yet, but I added support for the "all notes off" midi controller (#123) to stop playback of all arrangements. Sonar might very well be using this instead of sending individual note off messages.no love?
