Maybe we'll just offer a cheap crossgrade to Squids Tron's sounds for anyone who gets SampleTron right now. That might make more sense.

As a owner of Squids Tron's Collection I would prefer the other way: a cheap Crossgrade to Sampletron

I am still hesitating to get Sampletron as after carefully comparing the provided soundlist of both (and beside of the engine difference) there are not so much new sounds in Sampletron that could justify the buy.
A cheap crossgrade would indeed blow away the hesitation
I already have emailed Allen exactly about this but got no answer.

You qualify for the crossgrade discount to SampleTron that exists today. There is not only a good amount of new material but even the old material was reprogrammed to be 8 second duration mode vs sustain looped plus some other tweaks... and then there's the fun GUI! Add in the fact that you get SampleMoog for free on top and I don't think it could get any better! Especially if you also have a membership discount from esoundz and can also obtain some more epointz with a referral... gets better and better.

Not sure why you didn't hear back from Allen though... odd, he's usually very good about that.

Well ... I finally couldn't resist and bought it.
And then I got a real surprise!
As a esoundz member the price was indeed already very nice but suddenly after checking out it went 20 US $ down
There was some explanations about this, but I must confess that I did'nt really understand the arithmetic behind, but it doesn't really matter

I now just hope that it will go unseen through the custom.
Though I phoned the custom and they gave me the information that there is no tax on such a product, only VAT.
So I cannot complain because the 20 US $ suprise I got, make almost half the VAT

When you login on esoundz you can get a better price. It can depend on a lot of things including the amount of purchases on esoundz previously, epointz referrals accumulated or even sometimes JUST becoming a member can get you a 10% discount alone! Not too bad... since membership is free. But not all products are always available for that discount. Sometimes you get lucky.
