Crysonic Apology

No, you didn't say anything about insults, Agreed - it's all up to the company.
But no matter how I put it, no reading fits the situation any better. At least not on my end. For this, way too much has happened.
I'm more surpised about the "time" for this apology however.
Might it be due to the revival of another thread? Might it be due to the "sale" on a certain music equipment supplier homepage? Or might it be due to the fact that the Musikmesse 2010 is on the front door.
Either way, this was an excellent performed step, you got to give them that.

I feel you, man. Sometimes an apology isn't enough. I would be very reticent to just say all is well if I had been personally insulted and threatened by a company or an individual.

You want an example of something you don't know how to use; Alchemy you totally wrote it off because you were unable to program patches that you could use, although you did aplogise. If anyone wants to see any previous discussions we've had should your day be that boring, please do so.ttoz wrote:um, examples please. I am negative about things i don't know how to use? you need to back that up.glasgene wrote:ttoz wrote:I find THAT weird when you are all over me and my negativity all the time and you talk about forgiveness and here you are yourself calling the kettle black. I don't get you *at all*. you are one strange, strange hypocrite.glasgene wrote:With all due respect Jay there are alot of other developers who's products are also priced within the same margin as yours; they have shown far more commitment to the products they sell and I think more importantly the people who SUPPORT them.
I will never buy a product from Crysonic, there are too many alternatives that show better future prospects for product and customer.
my 2 pence do what you will with it.
Not at all, your negative about things when you don't even know how to use them Toz and that is why I have commented on your evaluations; let's face it everyone knows you can't take criticism; I pointed out there are developers who's products fall within the same price bracket that do as they say. My opinion simple as that.
By the way why are you even talking to me fella after your last little rant you requested we weren't talking anymore, in fact you said you weren't going to lower yourself.. maybe you fell of your soapbox
Secondly, last word i said to you was "since when were we friends" and YOU said "i'm willing to give it time"
that's why i am surprised at your crysonic attitude.... and i stand by my statement, you are weird.
you do have an attitude problem its a fact; if someone makes a remark about something you say you jump on it, jeez do us all a favour and get laid. speaking of which I can see your busy getting all heated in another thread... calm down bernard and take those pills

Actually probably the most cost effective thing they could dobduffy wrote:Saving that, a free plugin to customers is a reasonable gesture. Not exactly the most affordable thing for a small company to do
Sending unhappy customers a free plugin that has no real material value would be sure more valuable to them at this point than the development time taken on that plugin

Very refreshing Jay - Crysonic. Go Aussie go!
A lot of Devs have been in similar situations here, I won't name any as we all know who/where and when. And most of them have managed to gain back their reputations with less of a gesture than has been made here. Thanks Jay and Crysonic, I can still be proud of this great country and the people in it.

EDIT:
Nevermind, there's no use in arguing - it only adds to my blood pressure.

So here's how it works.
1.) Dissapoint Customers
2.) Loose sales ---> no money
3.) Register on KVR and apologise so that people buy your stuff
TOO LATE !!!!
