No, you didn't say anything about insults, Agreed - it's all up to the company.


But no matter how I put it, no reading fits the situation any better. At least not on my end. For this, way too much has happened.



I'm more surpised about the "time" for this apology however.

Might it be due to the revival of another thread? Might it be due to the "sale" on a certain music equipment supplier homepage? Or might it be due to the fact that the Musikmesse 2010 is on the front door.

Either way, this was an excellent performed step, you got to give them that.

I feel you, man. Sometimes an apology isn't enough. I would be very reticent to just say all is well if I had been personally insulted and threatened by a company or an individual.

Not at all, your negative about things when you don't even know how to use them Toz and that is why I have commented on your evaluations; let's face it everyone knows you can't take criticism; I pointed out there are developers who's products fall within the same price bracket that do as they say. My opinion simple as that.

You want an example of something you don't know how to use; Alchemy you totally wrote it off because you were unable to program patches that you could use, although you did aplogise. If anyone wants to see any previous discussions we've had should your day be that boring, please do so.

Actually probably the most cost effective thing they could do
Sending unhappy customers a free plugin that has no real material value would be sure more valuable to them at this point than the development time taken on that plugin

Yes! :) I've even had that confirmed by Simone at Crysonic Support. I've downloaded a few DEMOs to try out as I'm aware that not all NEW or Current Versions will work on my Olde Laptop!

Very refreshing Jay - Crysonic. Go Aussie go!

A lot of Devs have been in similar situations here, I won't name any as we all know who/where and when. And most of them have managed to gain back their reputations with less of a gesture than has been made here. Thanks Jay and Crysonic, I can still be proud of this great country and the people in it.

So here's how it works.

1.) Dissapoint Customers
2.) Loose sales ---> no money
3.) Register on KVR and apologise so that people buy your stuff
