I wasn't nagging about dates. My input and question was in regards to the possible competition. I believe that it is you who got hung up on being the date release police.Drumtarded wrote:ya, it's just a plugin, so just wait until it's released and don't nag for dates.

I'd like to be able to adjust the shape of the mod envelope, and perhaps a width control for the noise effect, but yeah, the simplicity is a good thing a lot of the time i feel...Mister Natural wrote:what could be improved on this thumping piece of scratchy, ziffy software genius ?
Oh, and of course receiving patch change messages, and being able to link my MIDI conrollers to the envelope Attack of oscillators. I don't use the sequencer so I can't provide any suggestions there... EQ bandwidth would be cool? but yeah, even as it is, it's my favourite drum module ever (tied with Nepheton anyways

robojam just got an invite, let's gang up on HIM!!!
Only kidding boys and girls, i neither condone or appreciate this kind of mentality. And for making a half-arsed comedic suggestion such as that, I will now take myself outside and offer myself a good explaining to.

Metrum and KickLabXXL are rival's I guess, both can create synthetic kicks (I know Kicklab can, not sure about Metrum)
I look forward to seeing what's new or changed or whatever in the 3rd version

From The Site (Twitter feedback):
Performance tests of MicroTonic 3.0 today. My PC (2.8ghz i7) stalled at 250 instances (running all eight channels). It will have to do.

stalled at 250 instances
I'm so disappointed -- on an i7 no less
this probably pushes release till after Christmas?
Not to violate any NDA, but was that 250 number determined manually or is there a host that tracks the number of instances -- by track number? I mean either way we could be looking at a margin of error +2 -- somethng like that

Yeah even beta tester don't know. The actual sound engine has been replaced by GM.AgiKvr wrote:TOP SECRET!!!Nielzie wrote:Does v3 differ much from v2 sound-wise?

Surely there must be consensus by now...
