My thoughts are this for the future (hope its possible)...

To have one main screen at native resolution and a second screen at a lower resolution to make those older crappy small GUI VST's legible. I believe a nice dual output video card could support such a task, no?

Seems like the logical thing for me.

I linked to the relevant scene - parody of a speaker salesman - on youtube in my post. You need to watch the whole 4 minutes to see JRs pitch to a clueless customer for the MX10 (similar designation to US ICBMs of the era). The female customer in the first section looks like Meg Ryan but she has no credit for the it.

Stores like that haven't existed in a large part since forever, so it's hard for someone to understand. Though the dustbuster scene is probably worth the price of admission

I'd suggest watching it on TWO monitors
