I was close. ;) I didn't realized it was over when I saw the picture, my bad.

It's still a pretty cool promo! :)
Missed the minimoog arturia give away so I know how you feel. I'm a guitarist more than a keyboardist and mellotrons and moogs are what I love so at least I got the mellotron part down and there are moog synths that can be had for free as well. Also missed the sampletron for $29 sale.

top VSTs on my wish list now are korg M1 $50 (waiting to see if that 61 key controller comes out so I can get that and get all of the legacy pkg included), VB3 $50 for a decent B3 organ is a must VST and OPX player for the presets in OPX Pro only $40 ( I don't have time for design only playing wish more synth vsts had players for a lower price.

After that there really aren't any other low cost deals worth having so I may plan to add the full wusikstation as well because of the massive library it comes with especially the maestro piano its worth it for that because that beast is something I don't want to have to spend hours mapping to a SFZ. Now if there is a free vst that already has it mapped and capable of using it immediately do let me know.

All the Diva love on here has me curious about that synth. But for the price Wusikstation is on my radar. It was already anyway and I had already downloaded but not yet installed the demo of eve so now I need to clean out the old files.

I am about to conclude my testing of demos this weekend and get to writing music again all this testing free synths is fun but it limits ones time to be creative.

MiniMogue Luxus, and some nice soundsets.
I compared lots of sounds between the Arturia, and Luxus, and like the
Luxus interface better, and coupled with freeware fx, the sounds were
also compelling/competing.

The Arturia is also very impressive. Spent dozens of happy hours with each.
Time for lap two :)
Cheers

Totally agree, I haven't been impress by Arturia emulations so far when I tried their virtual analog demos (the preset instrument). The Minimogue Luxus is doing what it says on the tin very well.
