Yes, it's very "funny" if you're using all Unison voices and release.

Btw the sine waveform still produces unwanted noise.

EvilDragon and U-o have already wasted one of their 4 authorizations--thanks goes out to EvilDragon for taking one for the team (installing on his old XP computer for test purposes). ;-)

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Then again, I may never use any of mine. :P

It's not a problem - I'll just contact Novation and have it sorted out if I need more authorizations. :D

Are autorizations limited only for downloadable version? I have key from boxed version.

+ 1000

Edit:

I'd like to pay for next autorization... let's say... 20$. :hihi:

I don't see the point in calling it version 2 if it's only an x64 update. It's not like it uses tons of RAM like a sampler. I use Reaper and the x86 version bridges perfectly. Maybe in other hosts x64 is necessary.

I was thinking Super Duper Nova is here until I read this thread. :(

XioSynth VSTi is coming next! ;)

I appreciate the 64 bit. Now I need to figure out where I stashed my copy. It has not been installed in years.

What surprises me is the fact that it was not included as a freebie when I purchased an UltraNova a few weeks back.
All I need to be happy is one more VSTi.

Yeah, that does look rather silly, doesn't it... My only complaint, all along, has been the copy protection. I guess I shouldn't complain since it was a free update.... But I still don't like the copy protection! :troll:

:hihi:

Everyone's reaction: :-o

I really like this synth! Love to see it's 64bit, nice surprise. I was also surprised that they didn't change anything! Even the patch browser. But then it occurred to me, it's stark simplicity is one of the reasons I like it so much. It's hard to get distracted and it has limitations that make me think differently about my approach. It's a very valued synth here and I think it's a very good synth to learn on in particular.

EvilDragon wrote:C-R is not a problem, you guys are bloody overreacting! You can generate the licence file from a computer that's online, then just transfer the file to your DAW and install it. Totally a non-issue. The file even gets e-mailed to you so you can use it on any number of computers, and basically as I figured it out, you just do this once and you're done with it.

A complete non issue.
What do you do when Novation goes out of business or gets bought out or simply decides that V-Station is so old that it's just not worth it to keep the registration servers running Those emails don't get generated by themselves you know...
