Kirnu Cream full version "only" costs €35, so it should be within reach for most punters

Hi All,

I checked out Cream CM and it seems pretty good so far and could be a good alternative to BlueARP!

However, I spotted an issue so am reporting here to see if others have experienced it.

In Reaper, right clicking on the track 1 button and selecting Toggle trigger CM causes a crash. I assume this is related to the reduced track functionality but it would be better to remove the option if it not supposed to work (and also the CC option on the same menu if this doesn’t work either although I didn’t test this one). I tested this functionality on the demo in reaper and it works ok so am pretty sure it is a CM version bug and not a repaer issue.

Cheers,

provoc

This will be fixed in the next CreamCM version.

It does look very nice but there's one thing that really bugs me. There's too many power toggles in the hold section.

IMO these should only be used to turn main sections on or off (like the the track on/off or pattern sequencer on/off), not specific options within a section. These should just be check boxes or something else so to make it clear what turns the whole section on/off and what just changes a setting within that section.

The "hold" section has three power toggles, one for each of its options. Most of the other power toggles on its interface should be setting switches too.

I guess my thinking is because I mainly use hardware, where having power toggles all over an instrument rather than soft buttons/switches would be ridiculous.
