Received and evaluated the 64 patches in this sound bank. Head and shoulders above the free sound banks out there, so the monetary outlay is fair and value for money.
The range of sounds (to my ear) focus around vintage analog sounds. Many of the sounds had me thinking of Vangelis, Ultravox, The Cure, Gary Numan. There is more use of the flanger than in the pre-set banks.
There is an equitable range of leads, pads, basses and keyboards (gladly with almost no FX).I had no idea how good the flanging effect was on the M-Audio Venom until I heard these presets. String/pad patches are far and few between on the Venom preset patches (as it tends to be mostly bass/lead/percussive heavy)but not in this set. It certainly extends the ideas of the Venom's capabilities.
Service, support and general banter from David are professional-level.
Worth it. A no-brainer purchase.
Looking forward to the expansion of this set in antici...pation.

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

64 sounds in .SQS (Vyzex) and .TXT (VenomEd) format.
Soundbank is available for £7.99 GBP. All orders are handled manually. Orders are despatched after 5pm (GMT) weekdays, all day weekends.
ive kept the demos simple as possible. It can be off putting listening to genre specific demos as you may feel the sound will not fit your musical style. The reason i have made them simple is so you can concentrate on the sounds alone. IMO these sounds are usable in any genre.
