You can have more than one E-mail you know, and more than one Facebook account too

Of course, you can also simply 'unlike' a page after you're done.

We really need authentic space echo emulation or equivalent but I'm afraid it's very very difficult task. You would have to program authentic tape emu (only Slate Digital's VTM or Uad offerings comes close to that for example) and then other stuff that delay has ... Argh, it's just too much for our poor developers

I really like the products from G.S.I the GS-201 Space reverb and Spring reverb Type 4, I would just wish they were available in 64 Bit and with a larger GUI

NastyDLA mkII is by far the best plugin for analog delay simulation (SO FAR)!

Nothing can touch an original tape delay/space echo as it has such a 'depth' to it. Next best thing is a Memory Man Deluxe BBD delay pedal (I got one as i couldn't afford a tape delay). Next after that is NastyDLA mkII. I did a lot of listening tests. It does not have the depth of the analog, but it has more depth than all the other plug-ins i tried.

I wanted to like the GSi GS-201 as it had superficially the closest sound to a tape delay, but it lacks the depth and sounds flat on close inspection.

Depth is a bit subjective, but an original real tape delay has a quality that just sucks you into the sound, you keep listening to and enjoying the delay sound... it never gets boring! It's like staring into infinity or being sucked into a black hole... love it!!

I just don't think we have enough CPU yet to model something so complex, but NastyDLA mkII is very good, and free.

Yeah, I suggested that and got the "that's not in the spirit of the original!" argument, but as far as I can tell, doing it in code is *very* not in the spirit of the original anyway. Sure, I get why some things are special and worth emulating as close as possible, but sync to the host's clock at 2013 is like having a UI. Your plug in should have it.

I was afraid someone was going to inform me that the UAD RE-201 can do the rev-up/wind-down. I wish I had it, then. Unfortunately, $250 is a lot to shell out for someone who has the actual device, plus I don't want to purchase a UAD card for one effect.

That UAD plug runs on the old discontinued cards which you can find second hand. Its just that on UAD-1 you are not going to not see x64 Native compatibility. No, I don't have the hardware RE-201 but I would be surprised to see anyone unsatisfied with UA's effort.
