I'm in. It feels good after my complete inability to come up with anything funky last month. An interesting mix so far, but I guess it's a pretty open theme this month.

Is this the first time that every entry will be in the top 10? Unless we get a whole slew of last minute contributions, that is.

Some ideas in the head but not getting realized in the DAW
. Is that a surprise? Not at least for me. Plus had a bad shoulder cramp while playing tennis so couldn't even move my neck for last two days, today it's fine. I am gonna play around with the tune some more. Not sure whether will be able to submit but I will try.

My tune is in...
(hint: you will enjoy it better if you are Star Trek fans)
April 2063 (exactly 50 years from now) will see the first contact between the human race and the Vulcans.
My time machine reported evidence of a celebration song played in Typical Vulcan style using the Vulcan Lute (or Vulcan Lyre)
another example is here:

In.
Glad someone picked up the retro anniversary of Star Trek's first contact.
Apart from this entry not a very optimistic vision of the future seems to be shared by more or less everyone so far: time for a few changes ? Or is it too late ?

I was thinking the same this morning. Judging from the enties so far, many of us don't see the future in a very positive way...ClaRago wrote: ...not a very optimistic vision of the future seems to be shared by more or less everyone so far: time for a few changes ?

how frustrating...am not going to be able to finish my entry in the manner that i intended (have been hit with other work that also has a deadline
am toying with uploading and submitting anyways...framework is there, and i might have time to bung a crude mix on it
maybe i can return to it at some point in the future

I will not finish mine either
It sounds like a track from the 1920s
so it will be chanelled elsewhere...

I'm in, with a few hours to spare!
A tricky theme this month, interesting to hear everyone's different interpretations. The future doesn't look so good...
