It is actually possible to reverse an effect if you know what effect was applied.
If youre aware of the algorithms on a piece of digital media it can be undone
Digital forensics 'unblur' and reverse effects on photographs where a perp has attempted to hide their face in digital photos.

I can only blur the audio with edison in fl studio. The blur button.
