Hopefully I'll be triggering it with an EWI, so I'm usually working mono/legato and using aftertouch is a must. I hope it works for EWI just as good as the Reason version is said to.

Thanks for the hint..I'll try it too...audiojunkie wrote:I experienced the same thing with my iPad 2. I went and changed the buffer/latency setting and all is well.Scott Murrell wrote:---Well crap!!! I got Nave and Galileo and though that they would replace all of my other million music apps and then this came along! Why did they have to do this to us? I bought it and now I have to figure out which one to use live, Nave or Thor....I hate to say it but right now Thor seems to have the edge.
Some of Thor's patches broke up in my iPad 2 but the other million they gave us work great. Argh!!!
p.s.- I told my wife that Nave was it when she asked me how we could afford groceries or apps...Oops!

Thanks for your help...chris1a wrote:Most presets that tend to break up on iPad 2 at the default 512 samples setting have a high poly number on the keyboard screen (left over from the computer version). If a preset starts to crackle just lower the poly with a voice or two, it really makes a huge difference in how high the CPU usage is when idling not to mention playing the voices. And you probably don't need 8-12+ voice polyphony when playing on the iPad anyways, right.
Thor isn't mainly a bleep machine. You've got Nave for that.T-CM11 wrote:http://soundcloud.com/tt_cc/thor
I'm not a Propellerhead employee. This is not a showcase of everything you can do with Thor. Who are you, the bleep police?BMoore wrote:Thor isn't mainly a bleep machine. You've got Nave for that.T-CM11 wrote:http://soundcloud.com/tt_cc/thor

Yep, that's the story! I mean no offense by that lol. It takes skillz to do sounds like that.
Thank heavens I am still on iPad 1. All these fancy new apps? Nope. I am old school, and so much the richer for it -- who needs all of those option, really?JavaJ wrote:darn trigger finger.
