Push 2 - will it kick start my creative juices ?

Have you tried Push 2? Because I also rely heavily on plugins (AU) and the new option (added to both Push 1 and Push2) sped things up for me.
It's not really easy to try as I have to buy it first.

But as a matter of fact I plan to restrict my setup in the future, using mostly the stuff Live delivers.

Damn... That is true. I took a chance since I also wasn't able to demo it. I had been hoping it would be available to try at Guitar Center, but they only had the APC40's and NI Maschine out. That sucks.

That restriction does help though. With Andy Cytomic's involvement, its an even more attractive change than what it was before. I just wish they'd partner with Sean Costello from ValhallaDSP for another reverb option. I'm not a fan of the native one (but yes I know there are quite a few fans of it).
