I can't speak for the 'people', but it would probably raise a chuckle here though yes.

Funny, none of the metel people ever took it so badly when I've done that, or the jazzers, or the smiths fans, or R&B fans, or C&W etc etc...seems to be the eurocheesey crowd are a bit touchy.

Naah, I can't take it personal because I'm really not into trance at all (despite how it may look). It's just, I dislike people making fun of any general category of anything. I guess I'm new in the forum and haven't grasped all these little customs of the natives yet.

Hmm, the more the merrier I say, everything is fair game. If someone is so sure of the inherent greatness of a genre/style, then surely some nutneck like me taking the piss shouldn't sway them from that.

Failure to grasp the 'little' customs of the natives historically has had very bad results like having one's live ate while they watch or having molten gold poured down one's throat. Observation is key to comprehending a new group, not tossing yourself in the fray as a self appointed tele-vangilist for equal rights & political correctness.

found some here including the classic 'satans trampoline' and 'weebles wobble'

peejunk - did a search of all your posts; no tunes available I see. Yet you sure seem to have plenty of negativity to say about others' tunes...

no-signal - again, did a search and found two links in the locked thread. Listening to one of them now (the first one) and I have to say 'formulaic', sorry - and I quite like good trance. Some very awkward chord changes in there though, but by your own admission you don't even make music anymore.

So, I'm, just wondering with you 3: other than getting all uppity with talented musicians, why are you here?
