Hi,
one that always works for me is (bit older)
"I don't wanna grow up" from Tom Waits. Not because of the text or maybe remembering things because of the text, but listen to it loud if you want. Can't remember the record's name though, have it on an old tape.
(For depressing moods I recommend the Legendary Pink Dots again (though they don't depress me). Casting the runes from "Any day now" or "fate's faithful punchline" from "Nemesis online" but you asked for angry songs...
A song that may make you laugh when angry is from Edward Ka-Spel (blush, the singer of Legendary Pink Dots) and it's called "Six cats on a dead men's chest". Good with a bottle of Rum

...oh, and The entire Refused album: "The Shape of Punk to Come"-Pure catharsis...The song "New Noise" is a good starting point. Lethal.

A.C. (aka Anal c**t)... I've honestly never heard any of their stuff (at least not that I'm aware of) but given that they're grindcore and most of their song titles are just talkin' major shit about everything in general, I guess they would be a good recommendation... but like I said, I don't think I've actually ever heard anything by them...

You guys really need to get out more. Try these:
KILLING JOKE - almost anything but especially The Age of Greed and Blood on Your Hands
NAKED APES - Domesticated
SKINNY PUPPY - Fascist Jock Itch
the STRANGLERS - lots of stuff but particularly Straighten Out and Death and Night and Blood
PiL - the man hates everything, its f**king great
... and, of course, most of our stuff.
EDIT - ooohh, almost forgot:
CUBANATE - Oxyacetelene, Industry
"Your beauty on my skin like oxyacetelene" - fabulous stuff.

First band that sprang to my mind was Alice In Chains, with most songs from the album Dirt being pretty angry.

Lot's of good bands mentioned already...
I was suprised to see bands like 'Acid Bath' and 'Eye Hate God' in this thread.
A few that were'nt mentioned:
Napalm Death (Classic grindcore)
Brutal Truth (Great grind/hardcore band)
Deicide (Legion is good, anything after sucks...)
Morbid Angel (Domination & Covenant are classics)
Strapping Young Lad (Heeeeaaaavvvy shit)
Atari Teenage Riot (older stuff was better)
Fear Factory (try 'Soul of a new machine')
Obituary (again the older stuff was best)
Blood for Blood (I think thats the name, hardcore and angry as hell)
