The controller parts with individual lanes and lengths etc look amazing! Every synth should have this.
But... For me to actually download a iLok protected demo and install I would first like to hear what it actually sounds like. There are no audio demos available on the website for instance. You need to catch peoples ears not only the eyes.
You need more audio demos of showcasing the synths actual sound quality, both in context of a song and clean musicalexamples. The examples heard in the videos are "meh". No real hard work have gone into making presets patches for the demos.
I want to know how the filters sound like? How does the oscillators sound like? What can it do that my synth I own already can't?

Hi cnt, we have uploaded some untreated audio demos (all from unmodified, included presets) on Soundcloud. The arpeggio demos are simply a C3 note held down across 2 bars. We're working on more videos showcasing raw audio as we speak.

@Sharooz
I'm looking for a way to control the overall depth/amplitude of a Lane.
Lanes doesn't appear as a modulation source so one could have had the option to set the amount of desired modulation.
Can understand that's the way it is now, since its possible to create or delete any Lanes.
So, could it be possible to add a way that, when creating the content of a Lane, one could increment/decrement the overall relative amount for every steps at once?
That would be really welcome and a good work around to compensate the lack to have a Lane as modulation source.

Hi nordickvr, Thanks for the post. Great question. In short, yes we are working on that. In long, it won't be available until a V2 update within a few months. We still haven't established the 'best' way to do it, but are working on a few strong recommendations, for example setting a minimum and maximum value on each knob with right click, prior to grid assignment. Any suggestions that you feel would work for you are welcome.

That sounds interesting.Sharooz wrote: Fri Sep 28, 2018 1:33 pm...

Definitely looking forward for such an implementation.
Any chance for a "snap to note" tuning option before a version 2 though?
Really missing this one.

Yes indeed. That will be in a future free update. Already on our list with the option to toggle snap on/off!

Hi Sharooz,
Big Synth!
Is there any way to switch off velocity from volume in the default preset?
Don´t know if it´s clear what I mean.
I mean fixed volume.

Hi Sharooz,
How do I overwrite a preset? Only option I see is "save as new".
And:
Why are Lfo´s destinations so limited?
And, why not drag and drop to Lfo destination in the same cool way as to sequencer lanes?
EFX on/off button would be nice.
CPU eater is that synth - even in eco mode - but the sound is big.

Hi bite_me
Glad you like the sound. Bypassable FX by way of clicking tabs will be coming in a free update.
We haven’t given the option to write over existing patch banks as we didn’t want users to lose default presets as this was happening a lot in beta.
Of course you can *always* have more LFO destinations but that would take the fun away from the sequencer grid!
If you’re hitting CPU issues try to reduce the number of unison voices down to 2. I’ve successfully managed 4 or 5 instances on a 2013 MacBook Pro without any real problems.

Hi. If you wish to use the iLok installer you do not need the dongle. Just a free online iLok account and License Manager. If you wish to install on more than one machine you will need the dongle, which allows installation on multiple devices. I personally don’t think the user experience is as bad as many make out, especially compared to some major manufacturers. Of course with iLok License Manager you can run multiple account authorisations, not just Audiaire.zvenx wrote: Sat Sep 29, 2018 12:26 am Hi, It isn't mentioned so I am assuming it is ilok with one authorization only or does it come with two?
thanks

If you simply don’t wish to deal with iLok, head over to Splice and grab a free Rent to Own trial for 7 days. If you like Zone you can rent to own for $9.99 a month, cancel or pause at any point, and every payment goes towards the overall cost of owning Zone.

I wound not let iLok put me of buying a synth as I already (have to) use it, but I would be put off by only 1 activation - this is set by the VST manufacturer not iLok and on all of my other ilok VSTs (soundtoys, UVI, eventide- major developers) I have multiple licence so that I can have the software in my studio and on my laptop....
X32 Desk, i9 PC, S88MK3, S1, BWS, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6 Pro3, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone II, OP1-F, OPXY, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!
