I had a single by them. Probably still do. Picked it up a few months before Safety Dance blew up on MTV

I actually still really like the Euro thing, with the female singer and the rapper. Like: Culture Beat, The Real McCoy, Corona, 2 Unlimited... And I'm guessing that's exactly what you mean by "sickening '90s dance music"
I love The Prodigy though too. No Good is one of my all time favorites.
But also I've just now started to get into The Chemical Brothers, I never really liked them back in the '90s when they were huge.

Well, Dutch 1991 top 40 started off with Ice Ice Baby for 5 wks nr1. But the song is from 1990. So it does not count hehe. Then I went through another 3 mnths. This is what I cherry picked so far:
1991 Part One;
C&C Music Factory - Sweat
2 Brothers on the 4th Floor - Can't Help Myself
Nomad - Devotion
Papa San - Dancehall Good To We
Roxette - Joyride
Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy
To be continued.

Saw a video recently from British pop tarts Little Mix where they cover the chorus from Back to Life by Soul II Soul. It doesn't hold a candle to the original.
Yes, this is a bit of a cheat since the song was released in 1989, but it was popular well into the '90s.
