Seeing individual pixels is BS.
You probably meant it differently anyway. Probably meant the sharpness, not distinguishing single pixels.
Do you use a 4K monitor?

I have Dell S2721QS 27" 4k monitor and I love it 
Windows 150% (recommended). Excellent font and picture quality with both PCs and Mac (I used it with my previous Macbook Air).
I use it for working (spreadsheets/database/emails), making music and playing games (PC, PS5, Xbox Series S and Switch). Very happy as I hate multi monitor setup and this monitor is perfect for me

Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.
