Yes, every pad is an external instrument, and then setup the corresponding receive/play keys to match everything. No need to setup choke groups as its done by the synth already.
I don't know bitwig, but you can probably do the exact same thing (and more?^^)
In that regard, drumazon 2 makes things way easier for external routing and triggering. (despite the unusual fx slot)

I couldn't care less if nepheton and drumazon aren't verbatim 808 & 909, same with phoscyon.
I don't own the real machines so how could i know anyway.

But they sound good enough (tm) and very much like the techno music i've grown up with.
In one convenient package. And most importantly i'm having a ton of fun with these things.

My guess is that it will be after the Black Friday deals, as D16 surely wouldn’t want to release a new product amongst their currently offered deals. So early to mid December, just in time for Christmas

Not much more 2023 in Q4 2023. Gotta be in December, unless they are total Chads and release it during the Black Friday sale.

Which would actually probably be a good move for them as they often have intro prices anyway. It would be a nice gesture that would make people like them even more and cost them nothing, really.
