I've tried chameleon now but unlike sloth there is no instant WOW effect to me. I honestly struggle to find use cases for it, even after reading through the whole thread (here and on GS). The keytracking looks like a cool feature but it introduces very unpleasing click sounds. All but chameleonX also introduce noise when moving the controls. I guess these are supposed to be used in a more static way then?
Some more examples for possible use cases for each of the plugins would be very appreciated.

I use it solely as a creative effect to make liquidy squelch sounds or to create the typical dispersed psytrance bass. I don't think this effect sounds good on much outside of a basic sawtooth wave tbh. And Kilohearts Disperser is easier to use for essentially the same thing.

But still I use this on most tracks. I just wish it didn't install 4 plugins. This is an annoyance to me and anyone already battling a huge list of plugins.

Is there any plan to just condense the 4 filters into 1 plugin?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. There are currently no plans of combining the plugins as they serve different purposes and have varying levels of performance implications. When comparing the Chameleon plugins against other tools, e.g. SSL XPhase and the mentioned disperser, it makes quite a lot of sense to have them separated.

If the amount of plugins is an issue to you, I can offer to add additional options to the windows installer in the next update so you can decide per-plugin which to install. Would that solve your problem?
Until then, a quick manual solution would be for you to remove the plugin files that you don't need.
