I don't recall offhand how much an individual upgrade costs, since I've owned all of the FF plugins for several years now and my loyalty offer will surely be a dirt cheap/no-brainer price (i.e., in the tens of dollars). But, yes, FF gives owners of multiple products very nice discounts. The more you own, the less you pay.FakeNatty wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 4:58 pm How much do these upgrade cost? If I own multiple plugin from them, do I get a good discount?

I'm very curious to see what they'll come up with. The Pro-Q3 is almost perfect, I hope that adding more functions doesn't make it too clunky

I’m just happy someone else said this first!FTsounds wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 5:38 pm I'm very curious to see what they'll come up with. The Pro-Q3 is almost perfect, I hope that adding more functions doesn't make it too clunky
That’s my worry too, but honestly they’ve done a good job of keeping the UI quick and simple.
Fingers crossed that’s still true in 4!

More than just curves. Basically smart curves is just one of the new features.
Definitely excited for this. It does more and seems they’ve managed to do this without mucking things up which is great.

I mean they're the best at that. Lets see how their spectral dynamics compare to dedicated plugin, it's probably gonna be low cpu so sacrificed in quality, hope they found the perfect middle ground.elxsound wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 6:32 pm It does more and seems they’ve managed to do this without mucking things up which is great.

Fabfilter Bundle owners will usually receive a substantial discount.cryophonik wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 5:05 pmI don't recall offhand how much an individual upgrade costs, since I've owned all of the FF plugins for several years now and my loyalty offer will surely be a dirt cheap/no-brainer price (i.e., in the tens of dollars). Just log in to your Fabfilter account once Pro-Q 4 has launched and check for your "Personal Upgrade Offer."
Total Bundle (and I believe other Bundle) customers often receive a "65% off" discount, paying only 35% of the full price.

Why of course. Pro-Q 3 is Kingkraster wrote: Tue Dec 10, 2024 6:51 pm My (and I expect many others') most used plugin by far.
Looks great. An absolute no brainer.
... The King is Dead.
Long Live Pro-Q 4 !!!
(until it's inevitable successor Pro-Q 5 comes of age, that is).

the spectral stuff looks interesting.. i suspect somewhat aimed at doing what soothe does. Q4 looks like a great all round everything tool based on that teaser.

The teaser looks very very promising. Some QOL features like the instance list oder just drawing curves seem so simple yet they'll improve my workflow massively. I hope they've pimped the dynamics section a bit and did not just add the automatic spectral stuff. UI also looks also very clean.
