As an Albetonian I’m so lucky to have all the Fors devices…
And now, on top of it, VST3?

Can you add slope control for the envelopes?

We'll see, the envelopes are pretty specifically tuned at the moment. Logarithmic attack and exponential decay / release with a quite snappy slope factor, and I think these are kind of the optimal responses. What would you like to tune them to instead? Just asking to get a clear picture of the use case.
So since the LFOs etc are polyphonic they only modulate whatever is part of the synth voice, so that's why the distortion and spread effects (that process the whole synth) are not destinations. Unison can be added though, and I'll do that when I make some other changes to the modulation stuff.kraster wrote: Mon Jul 07, 2025 8:19 pm I'd love to have the distortion, spread and unison as modulation destinations.
My plan for now (v1.1) is to add MPE (or: note expression in the CLAP version) pitch bend (and regular pitch bend) along with some other little fixed and improvements and then look over some modulation additions and further mappings of MIDI stuff in the update after that. First update should be ready in the next few days, I only have the note expression stuff left to implement. :–)

It's not a big deal at all.
I've been using Ableton's inbuilt modulators to do it with great effect.
It's a lovely synth.

I like slope control because I don't want it to be limited to a fixed envelope slope, like that of Ableton's Operator. I would be trying to make a patch that needs a linear decay but it's not possible since decay is limited to exponential. Bugs me all the time when I use it.
Bought Pivot today and I'm looking forward to using it.
