Seems like a cool game. I liked Surgeon as a child, getting to be a real surgeon for an hour is cool. I don't get how this one works though. What are the rules?

A lot of people have gotten hung up on #3 because they can't understand how it relates to the product in question. It doesn't matter! A rule is a rule, is a rule.
Just hot-glue a pose-able Buzz Lightyear action figure to the steering mechanism of your primary method of personal transportation, as required, and you're good to go.
