I'm a bit late in replying too, but I only just caught this thread. I'll put a vote in for a beefed up Angelina. I've tried the demo of the current version, and it just doesn't do it for me, even though I really like formant filters and that whole range of sounds. Also, to my ears, the "breath" parameter in Angelina just adds white noise. And it just seems too quiet and indistinct. If Tick could do more wild things with formant filters, then I think we may have a different style synth on our hands.

Tangental to this, months ago I was reading on KVR about a Yamaha synth that really seemed to be the right technology at the wrong time: the FS1R. This was a formant shaping+FM synth, featuring formant sequences (not just filters) plus supposedly Yamaha's best implementation of FM synthesis. Well, Tick has the FM side covered and has dabbled in the formant stuff, so how about something like a software FS1R? Not necessarily even an emulation, but something that pushes the formants more.

No.
Physical modelling is based on different kind of models. The most commonly used model are waveguides which can be used to create string and tube like sounds.

I'd like to see affordable but very convincing hammond simulator (the NI one is pricey) and rhodes simulator... the ep station seems a bit clean to me in the demo, perhaps I need to look at it again ... doesn't have the gruffness/bark of a higher velocity hit on rhodes.

I like to get great sounds fast: clav and angelina great for that. I don;t use sythns much in my work.

Personally, I would love to see an enhanced version of Ticky Clav that included emulation of the "C" and "D" pickup settings on the Clavinet D6. I can't get the thin, jangly sound I'm looking for (e.g. George Benson's "Affirmation") with just the "A" and "B" pickup settings. I used to own a real D6 and I recall getting this sound with the "A" and "D" settings.

Hopefully this would be a relatively modest programming effort compared to a completely new synth. I think such an enhanced TC version shouldn't be freeware, but should be priced similiar to EP-Station. I'd buy it instantly.

How about an effects plugin with all the effects in Rhino so you can use it on other vst's as well.Some of those are really unusual effects that would sound great on just about any application.

Since the code is already there, its just a matter of extracting from Rhino and adding a GUI ( probably not as easy as all that..but it's an idea!!)

I've pushed this idea more than once. When Tick responded to it once he said he'd want to add a few extras to the fx that currently exist, but nothing's come of it.
There are a number of synths that would benefit greatly from such an fx pack.

There are a lot of free and inexpensive Hammond clones. Tick would be entering against some established competition (NI B-4, Charlie, Nubi, OddOrgan, Organized, Dirtbag, etc). I know Peter's getting ready to do some work on DaOrgan, in part because of some comments I've made. I own two Hammonds, NI B-4 and Combo Sister, was a beta tester for Nubi, etc.

For Tick to enter this market he'd have to have something pretty spectacular. On the other hand, I think if he wanted to, he would be capable of it...

Btw, Rhino can do additive sine waves (you need 1=16, 3=5-1/3, 2=8, 4=4, 6=2-2/3, 8=2, 10=1-3/5, 12=1-1/3, 16=1). A looping envelope or another oscillator can do vibrato speed (6.67cps) but the vibrato depth would require adjusting pitch bend or perhaps doing something in the FM matrix. Rhino has a Leslie sim, as well. It's not my first choice for Hammond, but you could probably do it.
